ONE MONTH! ONE MONTH! ONE MONTH! Fun facts for May: 1. My awesome sticky graphs have arrived. I know, perfect timing right? End of the year, no more graph paper, PANIC! Don`t worry, I`ve got you. Check them out here, and shoot me an email if you want to grab some! 2. Exams are seriously just around the corner. Don`t hate me. We will be holding exam parties for every high school grade level! Sessions will include a thorough review of the ENTIRE year, a package complete with notes and practice questions, cake, trail-mix, and a loot-bag. Not even kidding. Email us for details! 3. Let’s be honest. Math and science can be scary. It’s like speaking a different language, and often the concepts and numbers and all those letters mixed IN with the numbers can be downright mind boggling.
I know because I used to be a math hater. Now, I’m a math lover AND a math teacher.
Anyone can do well at math and science. Students simply need a teacher that can communicate with them in a language that they understand.
It is my belief that “Math People” do not exist;
Good teachers, however, do.
