WHAT MAKES HER AN AWESOME TUTOR
Perseverance and determination make up 100% of my mantra! We can work through the same concept multiple times over, and I will invest the same positive energy EVERY time in order to make sure you feel as comfortable with the material as possible before moving forward! We can work through multiple different strategies to approach a problem before settling on the one that works the best for you, all while having a great time! I am generally a very curious person and I hope to rub off some of my excitement and passion for STEM onto my students! From my experience, curiosity coupled with determination is the ultimate driving force in life that makes each one of us unstoppable!

Favorite Mathematical Weapon: Converting words from a question into diagrams is half the battle! A picture definitely speaks a thousand words and has been my go-to strategy for almost every Math and Science question I was given. Hasn’t failed me yet!

Education: I am a recent graduate of the Biomedical Science program at Ryerson University
Fave Tech device: My WACOM tablet – we’ve made some amazing digital art strokes together!
Fave Book: The Throne of Glass series by Sarah J. Maas (couldn’t put this book down until I finished it all!)
Fave Song: Wonderful Life by Alter Bridge (the nostalgia is real)
Fave Outfit: I probably couldn’t live without matching a nice cardigan with a comfy pair of jeans.
Fave TV Show: The Last Kingdom, The Umbrella Academy or Suits, all were equally epic!
Fave Movie: Definitely Tangled, I loved every second of it and I’m a sucker for a good Disney movie.
When you're not crunching numbers: You can find me hunched over a good book, working on my next digital art piece (probably anime-related!) or stargazing.
What’s the best thing about you? I become invested in the people I collaborate with, so much so that your goal becomes my goal. Tutoring helps me achieve the best version of myself all the while helping others find their own, which is why I absolutely love it!
NERD ALERT!
I couldn’t get enough of astronomy in school. There was so much to discover, and it was all absolutely mind-blowing! In fact, a combination of my Celestron telescope and star guide app, alongside a midnight road trip outside of town, have made for some amazing stargazing adventures! You can find me hunting for the next astronomical event all the while aspiring to become a more professional photographer to capture the moment in all its beauty.
