WHAT MAKES HER AN AWESOME TUTOR

Math has been my favorite subject for as long as I can remember and my goal is to get students to at least like math a little more by the time we're done! If this means I take multiple approaches or trial and error until we find the right one to make math just a bit clearer, then by all means!

Life goal: I want to be a math and biology teacher for a few years and then be a principal so I can make big changes in small communities.

Education: I did BSc in Biology and Psychology at York University, a Master of Education in Leadership and Policy at OISE and I am currently back at OISE doing a Master of Teaching!

Fave Tech device: My iPhone has my whole life on it, pictures, numbers, OneDrive to access all my important documents, etc.

Fave Book: So many to choose from but The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo was the perfect mix of romance, mystery and historical fiction.

Fave Song: I always listen to The Prayer by Kid Cudi when I need to decompress

Fave Outfit: I love wearing jeans and a t-shirt!!

Fave TV Show: I love reality shows, Last of Us, Game of Thrones, any sitcoms really

Fave Movie: Ella Enchanted, it has a killer soundtrack!!

When you're not crunching numbers: Spending time with my friends and family, playing with my dogs Rocky and Dali and scrolling endlessly through TikTok

What’s the best thing about you? I will always be kind, even when I'm hangry or cranky, the last thing I want to do is make anyone's day worse because I had a bad one

I love school and learning so much I can't get myself to leave, which is probably why I'm becoming a teacher lol
