5 Tips to help you beat exam season stress

We’ve been helping students get pumped and ready for exam season for over TEN YEARS and we know how overwhelming it can be. But fear not, my friends, because we’re here to share our top five tips for beating exam season anxiety like a boss!

1. Get Moving

You know what they say, a healthy body equals a healthy mind! Take some time each day to get moving and get those endorphins flowing. Whether it's a quick walk around the block or a full-blown workout, exercise can help reduce stress and boost your mood. So, break a sweat and let those good vibes flow - even ten minutes makes a difference, so no excuses!

2. Stay Connected

You don’t need to isolate yourself and go at it solo! Make sure you stay connected with your friends during exam season, whether that means studying with them or just making sure you check in regularly. Reach out for support when you need it and take breaks to spend time with the people who lift you up. A little social connection can go a long way in reducing anxiety and boosting your overall well-being.

3. Practice Mindfulness

Mindfulness is all about staying present and focused in the moment, and it can be a powerful tool for reducing anxiety. Take some time each day to practice mindfulness, whether it's through meditation, deep breathing, or simply taking a few minutes to tune out the noise around you.
