WHAT MAKES HER AN AWESOME TUTOR
Something that makes me a great tutor is my positivity. I am such a believer in the power of being positive and faking it until you make it. Positivity is contagious and so when students see how much I believe in them, they start believing in themselves.
FUN FACTS
Life goal: My ultimate goal in life is to become 'that teacher' in a high school that everyone hopes to have. I would love to be a math and drama teacher who also just happens to be a world famous singer.
Words to Live By: All it takes is faith, trust, and a little bit of pixie dust... and by pixie dust I mean dedication, determination, and a positive attitude!
Favorite Mathematical Weapon: My favourite mathematical weapon is writing down all my given information and also writing down exactly what it is I'm trying to solve for. It is terribly helpful to know what it is that you're looking for before trying to find it.

Education: I am in my fourth and final year of my undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto, completing a Mathematics and its Applications (Teaching) Specialist, a Drama Minor, and an Education and Society Minor.
Fave Tech device: Cliché as it sounds, I can't live without my phone. I don't know what I would do without having notifications for literally everything. My memory doesn't always like to work so having a portable device to get reminders and complete tasks on before I forget about them is a lifesaver!
Fave Book: My favourite book is probably Graceling by Kristen Cashore.
Fave Song: My favourite song at the moment (it changes basically daily) would probably be The Other Side by All Time Low.
Fave Outfit: I will forever be a fan of skinny jeans and a soft comfy T-shirt.
Fave TV Show: My two all time favourite TV shows that I will endlessly rewatch are Jane the Virgin and Friends.
Fave Movie: I couldn't possibly pick just one favourite movie. Basically if it's a romcom, it is my favourite and I will never not want to watch it.
What’s the best thing about you? I think the best thing about me would be my determination. If I want something for myself, you better believe I'm going to make it happen!
When you’re not crunching numbers? When not mathing, I love doing anything performing arts related. I love writing songs, performing at improv shows, directing or performing in musicals, and singing with my a cappella group.
NERD ALERT!
Something nerdy about me is that I love doing math related things just for fun. For example, my family has a whiteboard in our kitchen and my dad and I will always leave interesting math problems on it for the other person to solve. We've been doing this since I was like 5 and haven't stopped!
